Features​

Cleanup that eFolder with our Merge Docs Tool. Move related buckets into a parent bucket and get rid of the old buckets.

Setup​

  1. In Encompass select the SharkeyByte Logo, then Plugin Management
  2. In the Plugin Management form, turn on Merge Docs.

Usage​

  1. Once enabled click Configure in Plugin Management.

  2. Select the document that will get merged to on the left.

  3. Select all of the documents you want merged on the right.

  4. If you want to delete documents after the merge select the toggle.

  5. To Use set the Trigger field [CX.SB.MISC.TRIGGER] to 'MergeDocs AllDocs' to run all rules or 'MergeDocs DocName' to run a specific rule.
